A new 30 ft by 20 ft deck with an AODA-compliant accessible ramp, stairs and 42-inch guards for the Town of Wasaga Beach, built through the winter of 2025-26.

A Fox Blocks ICF foundation and floor system for a 1,900 sq. ft. bungalow, from footings and ICF walls through the insulated slab prep.

A builder-grade tub-shower bathroom turned into a modern retreat with a custom-tiled walk-in shower, tiled floor, heat lamp and new vanity. Before and after photos.
