From a builder-grade tub-shower combo to a modern, spa-inspired bathroom with a custom-tiled walk-in shower.

From builder-grade basics to a modern retreat
The homeowners at 23 Indiana Ave in Wasaga Beach had a bathroom that felt outdated: a standard tub-shower combo, plain flooring and few modern comforts. They wanted a space that was modern, functional and inviting. The homeowners chose their own tile, vanity, toilet and faucets, and we handled demolition, plumbing coordination, tile, the custom glass shower enclosure and the finishing.
We replaced the tub-shower with a custom-tiled walk-in shower, retiled the floor, added a heat lamp, installed a new vanity and toilet, and finished with fresh paint and trim. The result is brighter, easier to use and easier to clean.

Custom-tiled walk-in shower
The old tub-shower combo was replaced with a large-format tiled walk-in shower, with a built-in niche, a grab bar and a frameless glass enclosure.

A complete new tiled floor, durable and easy to clean, in a marble-look tile.

A heat lamp for spa-like warmth on cold Wasaga Beach mornings.
New vanity and toilet
A modern vanity with storage and a quartz-look top, plus a new efficient toilet.
